Burglary Attempt While Residents Are Home on North Brighton Place

Arlington Heights police received a report Sunday that an unknown offender or offenders attempted to burglarize a residence in the 2200 block of North Brighton Place. Police received a report that residents heard a banging noise and went to check the source of the noise. Residents discovered found damage from attempted entry to a utility window and found a window screen on the ground. No items were reported missing from the residence.

The crime is reported to have occurred Sunday at 10:30 a.m. No offenders were seen.
