Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:05 p.m. Thursday of a burglary to an apartment in the 1600 block of East Central Road. Police received a report that an apartment was burglarized and a laptop was missing.
An offender or offenders entered the apartment through an unlocked back sliding patio door, and removed a Dell laptop computer, Canon Powershot camera, a silver ring, and a silver bracelet.
The crime is reported to have occurred between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 19, 2011.
