Video first shows a supercell from a distance, and then a tornado crossing Route 250 just to the west of Oilville, Virginia at 8:10 PM (Video and video below by William T. Hark).
Tornadoes in Virginia were reported on the ground near Oilville — I-64 and I-295. A tornado was also reported one to two miles west of Quantico, and near Prince Edward Conty Schools near Route 15 moving northeast into Cumberland County.
