Disturbance After Hit-and-Run Near McDonald’s on Dundee Rd

Arlington Heights police received a report about 1:00 p.m. Wednesday of a disturbance at the McDonald’s, 15 East Dundee Road. Police received a report that a group of teens gathered outside the McDonald’s and were physically fighting. Buffalo Grove police on the scene discovered that an adult female mother knocked over a student with her vehicle and fled the scene. The offending vehicle was described as a silver Pontiac 4-door. Police obtained a good vehicle description of the offending vehicle for investigation.


Buffalo Grove High School had a scheduled early dismissal yesterday.

Arlington Heights police were in contact with the offending driver, and are investigating. Apparently no injuries reported.
