Retail Theft of Nail Guns From Home Depot, Mount Prospect


Mount Prospect police alert area police departments about 5:10 p.m. Monday of a retail theft at Home Depot, 350 East Kensington Road, Randhurst. A man and woman ran out of a Home Depot with four nail guns valued at $2,000.

The offenders were described as a male/white wearing a white T-shirt, plaid overcoat and tan hat, and a female wearing a gray sweatshirt.

The offenders drove away in a blue 4-door sedan and were last seen heading westbound on Kensington Road. The male white was driving.
