NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO BE BREEZY THROUGH MUCH OF THE DAY TODAY BETWEEN 10 AND 20 MPH…THEN GRADUALLY TURN TO THE WEST THIS EVENING. SKIES ARE EXPECTED TO BECOME MOSTLY CLEAR THIS AFTERNOON WITH NEAR STEADY TEMPERATURES IN THE SINGLE DIGITS ABOVE ZERO FOR MUCH OF NORTHERN ILLINOIS AND NORTHWEST INDIANA.
