A total of 2.5 inches of light snow fell from 5:00 a.m. until 9:15 a.m. A total of 2.0 inches of light snow fell from Sunday about 5:00 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. Sunday in Arlington Heights while light snow was in progress. Snow cover at 8:10 a.m. Sunday was 16.5 inches in Arlington Heights. The snow cover amount shows some settling and melting since the blizzard. Accumulation on pavement was 2.0 inches of snow. The snow is light, but good packing for snowballs.

At 8:10 a.m. Sunday radar shows precipitation moving from southwest to northeast — DuPage County to Cook County to Lake County. More than half of the radar image has passed the Arlington Heights area. There might be another 0.5 to 1.0 inch this morning.
