Strong-Arm Robbery/Theft of Taxi Cab Driver on North Williamsburg, Palatine

Palatine police responded about 10:00 AM Sunday to a report of a strong arm robbery in the 1900 block of North Williamsburg Drive in Palatine, IL. Police received a report that a taxi cab driver was robbed by two men after he dropped off a woman passenger. The men were described as two male/Hispanics about 18-years-old. One of the males was wearing a black T-shirt, and the second male was described as wearing a green shirt. The subjects ran eastbound from the passenger dropoff toward the pool area. Palatine police are investigating and searched the area with a K-9 unit.
