Chicago-Arlington Heights Snowfall: New: 0.5 Inches, Snow Cover 0.5 Inches

A total of 0.5 inches of new snow fell from Friday just before 2:00 p.m. through about 10:00 p.m. in Arlington Heights. Snow was dry and powdery. Snow cover at 6:30 a.m. Saturday was 0.5 inches in Arlington Heights with grass still poking through. Accumulation on pavement was also 0.5 inches of snow. Radar shows the snow is done for this early morning.
