The Tri-State i-94 and I-294 are apparently affected by snowy conditions and heavy traffic. The latest crash north of Chicago is northbound on the Edens Expressway near Skokie Boulevard (north of Old Orchard) reported about 9:45 a.m. Two other crashes involving rollovers occurred earlier this morning. Another crash involved a person trapped in a car on the Tri-State.
The latest crash was also reported to be north of Skokie Boulevard and south of Willow Road with three people injured.
