House Burglarized on East Thomas Street

Arlington Heights police responded about 9:00 PM Wednesday to a report of a burglary to residence in the 1000 block of East Thomas Street. Police received a report that homeowners just got home and found the was house broken into and in disarray. The residents’ dog was also missing at first, but was found locked in a laundry room.

A safe was drilled open and a $20,000 Rolex watch was stolen from inside the safe.

The crime is reported to have occurred between 5:45 p.m. and 9:p.m. Wednesday.

Arlington Heights police are investigating.
