A total of 5.0 inches of new snow fell from Friday at 11:30 p.m. through Saturday at 5:30 p.m. in Arlington Heights. Snow was light to medium and was good packing. The end of the snowfall produced a powdery cover on the wet snow. Snow cover at 5:30 p.m. Saturday was 5.0 inches in Arlington Heights. Accumulation on pavement was 3.25 inches of snow.
