#ad▼

Arlington Heights police responded about 1:35 AM Monday to a report of an attempted burglary to a residence in the 2000 block of North Shenandoah Drive. Police received a report that two males got out of a black Toyota Corolla and walked up the street to a house. At least one of the males climbed up to the roof of a house in an apparent burglary attempt.

The resident at the house banged on a window and the suspects fled and left in the vehicle — heading toward Kennicott. Arlington Heights police are investigating. No word on any police contact with the subjects, and no arrests reported.
