Rolling Meadows police responded about 12:40 AM Sunday to a report of an armed robbery in the parking lot at La Quiringua, 2216 Algonquin Road, Rolling Meadows. Police received a report that a man was forced into a white Ford F-150 pickup truck in the parking lot of La Quiringua. The man was robbed during the encounter.
There were ‘several’ offenders in the pickup truck. Once offender was described as a male/Hispanic, early 20’s, bald with a goatee, wearing a Chicago White Sox jacket and blue jeans.
The offenders dumped the victim in the area, and fled with no direction of travel indicated. Rolling Medows police are investigating. No word on any arrest or police contact with the offenders.
