Lake in the Hills Police Alert Citizens for Extensive Criminal Damage with Spray Paint

The Lake in the Hills Police Department responded during the late evening hours of Saturday, October 30th, 2010, and proceeding into the early morning hours of October 31st to seven criminal defacement reports. The areas targeted were parks, streets, sidewalks, a Chase bank wall at 310 N. Randall Rd, and utility boxes. The geographic area affected is from the Randall Road area east to Crystal Lake Road.

Other specific locations spray painted included AT&T electrical boxes at Ken Carpenter Park at 1200 Heartland Gate, and along the bike path at en Carpenter Park. Taylor Skate Park, 1107 Crystal Lake Road, was also affected where the fence and walking path were spray-painted black. An AT&T utility box was also spray painted near Crystal Lake Road and Lee Avenue.

The following words and phrases were spray painted in black:

Kill all cops;
Kill cops;
Pigs;
USA;
F%*K U PIGS;
START KILLING COPS;
F%*K PIGS;
UN (in a circle with a slash through it);
wake up USA
