Burglary to Single Family Home on East Suffield Drive

Arlington Heights police responded about 5:05 PM Thursday to a report of a burglary to a residence in the 700 block of East Suffield. Police received a report that a resident returned home from a trip and found that the house was burglarized.

Police confirmed that a burglary occurred and called for an evidence technician to respond to the scene. Arlington Heights police are investigating.

A burglar alarm was activated in the 600 block of East Suffield Drive just before 3:20 p.m. Thursday.

UPDATE: A burglar alarm was also activated nearby in the 2500 block of North Haddow about 6:20 p.m. Police arrived at both locations within a few minutes, and found both locations secure.
