Apple Store Burglarized in Naperville: $24K in Merchandise Stolen

A Naperville police officer discovered a broken glass front and burglary had occurred at the Apple Store, 120 West Jefferson Avenue about 4:49 a.m. Wednesday. The Apple Store in downtown Naperville was burglarized with about $24,000 in merchandise reported stolen. The store has a burglar alarm and video surveillance, but there is no word from police or store officials on the result or usefulness of those systems.
