Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:10 a.m. Sunday of a theft from the Jewel-Osco, 440 East Rand Road. Police received a report that a woman walked out with a full cart of groceries without paying, but left her wallet at the store. Arlington Heights police tracked her down. The female white suspect was arrested about 8:55 a.m. Sunday at a residence. She was transported in custody to Arlington Heights police headquarters.
