Arlington Heights police received a report just before 9:00 p.m. Thursday that a solicitor had no permit in 700 block of East Park Street. The subject was at the door well after sunset and tried to get in the house by asking to use the telephone. The subject was described as a male/black, bald, black-colored shirt and dress pants that was going door-to-door.
Unknown if police contacted the subject.
