Arlington Heights police and Buffalo Grove police were looking for a stolen motorcycle about 7:55 p.m. Tuesday in the area of Lake Cook and Wilke. Apparently, the legal owner of the motorcycle reported seeing his stolen motorcycle — a blue 2006 Yamaha R6. Police at one point saw the motorcycle from a distance traveling at a high rate of speed and running red lights. The vehicle was last seen in the area of Deerfield Parkway and Milwaukee Avenue. Riverwoods police were notified to be on the lookout for the stolen motorcycle.
