Arlington Heights police received a report about 3:15 p.m. Friday that a male/black in a light-tan Buick vehicle asked a woman if she could help him raise his hood for his stalled car while he was parked on the 300 block of South Arlington Heights Road. She refused and said she would call for help for him. When she looked back after walking away, the vehicle was seen driving southbound on Arlington Heights Road.
