Eleven Arrested at the Motel 6 on Algonquin

Arlington Heights police arrested at least eight people at the Motel 6 in the 400 block of West Algonquin Road at about 1:45 a.m. Saturday. Police used the Paddywagon to transport multiple individuals. Male and female juveniles were also transported in individual squad cars. No word on the charges early Sunday. Most subjects were arrested in a hotel room in the Motel 6.

Police later reported that eleven people were arrested after police received a complaint about 12:30 a.m. Sunday that the party was too loud and that partygoers were pound on other guests doors. When police arrive the subjects refused to open the door and were verbally combative with officers.

Johnny A. Silva, 21, of the 1100 block of Mercury, Schaumburg; Jose L. Marron, 22, of the 2400 block of Algonquin Road, Rolling Meadows; Alexander Hart, 20, of the 2400 block of West Dugdale, Waukegan; Pablo J. Aguilar, 24, of the 2200 block of Kirchoff Road, Rolling Meadows were charged with criminal trespass.

Francisco Gonzalez, 22, of the 5500 block of Court A, Hanover Park, was charged with criminal trespass and resisting a peace officer. Darnell Walker, 22, of the 1700 block of West Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, was charged with criminal trespass and contributing to the delinquency of a minor because he rented the Motel 6 hotel room.

Juveniles Also Involved
Three 16-year-old boys were charged with curfew violations, and one of the 16-year-old boys was charged with local ordinance consumption of alcohol by a minor. A 17-year-old girl was charged with local ordinance consumption of alcohol by a minor.

FLASHBACK: Georgiy G. Shubitidz, 24, of the 600 block of Raupp Boulevard, Buffalo Grove, was charged with criminal trespass, resisting a peace officer and aggravated assault. Several males were arrested at the 600 block of Raupp Boulevard on Friday morning, April 9, 2010 after a fight in progress and battery was reported (The Cardinal: Fight-in-Progress, Juvenile Battery Victim Area of 600 Golfview Terrace, 600 Raupp). Georgiy Shubitidze, of the 600 block of Raupp Boulevard also has an arrest history going back to 2002. He was held Monday, October 21, 2002 in Lake County jail on charges of aggravated robbery, police said. Shubitidze was accused that he implied he was carrying a knife before in order to rob $25 from a 15-year-old boy Friday night (October 18, 2002) in the 600 block of Buffalo Grove Road.
