Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:00 p.m. Tuesday that a man dropped his pants down half-way while standing with about five males in front of the library, near the front entrance. The man was described as a male/white, in his late 30’s with blond hair. He was wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue jeans.
Arlington Heights police arrived and found a suspect. No criminal complaints were signed. The male was not arrested
