Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:22 p.m. Tuesday of a burglary to vehicle in the Vail Avenue parking garage at 22 South Vail Avenue, across from Dunton Tower. An employee who works nearby left work and found the vehicle with a window smashed and contents missing. The car was parked on the first level. Arlington Heights police are investigating.
Unknown offender(s) smashed the passenger side front window, entered the 1995 Red Honda Accord, pried out a JVC in-dash radio and also removed a black canvass bag containing approximately 300 music CDs. The crime is reported to have occurred between Tuesday, March 2nd, 2010 between 3:20pm-10:10pm.
