Elgin police are looking for suspects in a drive-by-shooting Friday morning just before 11:00 a.m. Two cars were northbound on Shales Parkway near Chaparral Circle when an offender in a black car fired a weapon at people inside a Nissan Altima. Several bullets hit the Altima — two penetrating the windshield.
The crime may be gang related. Elgin Police Department is investigating
