Man Found by Police Stabbed in the Neck on Arlington Heights Road

Buffalo Grove police found a man stabbed in the neck just after 1:00 a.m. Sunday on Arlington Heights Road, just south of Dundee Road. The first Buffalo Grove police officer on the scene called for paramedics to expedite their response to the victim.

Apparently the victim was stabbed in the neck at the Mobil gas station at Buffalo Grove Road and Dundee Road in Buffalo Grove. Police are looking for a maroon or burgundy Astrovan possibly occupied by two male/Hispanics offenders. The vehicle was last seen southbound on Buffalo Grove Road.

Buffalo Grove police also searched for possible offenders remaining at the Mobil station lot on the northwest corner of Buffalo Grove Road and Dundee Road.

The victim was transported to an area hospital designated a Level One Trauma Center.
