Mount Prospect police received a report of an attempted child abduction in the 400 block of South Hi Lusi Avenue just before 11:40 a.m. Saturday. The offender was described as a male/white with blond hair in his 40’s.
The offender’s vehicle was described as a dark green, older model Chevrolet SUV. The license plate possibly had the letters ‘V’ and ‘K’ … no further information.
