Gang Graffiti Reported at Glenkirk Educational Center

Arlington Heights police received a report about 11:15 a.m. Thursday morning of criminal damage to property for the gang graffiti spray-painted on a dumpster and a gym door at the Glenkirk Educational Center in the 2500 block of North Chestnut in Arlington Heights.

There have been numerous reports of graffiti north of Rand Road and downtown Arlington Heights in the last two months.

Sites hit with criminal damage to property/gang graffiti include the pedestrian underpass near Kensington Road and Northwest Highway, a law office just west of Northwest Highway and Vail Avenue, the train station near Dunton Avenue and Northwest Highway, Olympic Park skate park, a water tower on Arlington Heights Road north of Rand Road, and a public works water facility near Hintz and Windsor.
