A witness called 9-1-1 to report a white pickup truck swerving with a
possible DUI driver on eastbound Northwest Highway at Euclid Avenue
about 7:55 p.m. Thursday. At 8:05 p.m. An Arlington Heights Police
officer committed to a traffic stop of a white pickup truck in the 500
block of South Arthur Avenue. A portable breathalyzer test device was
brought to the traffic stop by another officer and the driver of a white
Dodge Ram was arrested for DUI.
