EVENING…THE SLEET AND SNOW MAY MIX WITH FREEZING RAIN ALONG AND
SOUTH OF INTERSTATE 88. THIS WINTRY MIX OF SNOW…SLEET AND FREEZING
RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH LATE WEDNESDAY MORNING BEFORE ENDING AROUND
NOON. NEW SNOW ACCUMULATIONS OF 3 TO 5 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE…HIGHEST
AMOUNTS TOWARD THE WISCONSIN BORDER. SLEET ACCUMULATION OF TWO TO FOUR
TENTHS OF AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE ACROSS THE ENTIRE AREA. ICE
ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE TENTH OF AN INCH ARE POSSIBLE…GENERALLY SOUTH
OF INTERSTATE 88.

SOUTHERLY WINDS GUSTING TO 30 MPH MAY CAUSE SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING
SNOW THROUGH EARLY THIS EVENING…THEN WIND SPEEDS ARE EXPECTED TO
DIMINISH.
