Chicago Fire Department Engine 4 involved in an accident at Division and Wells. EMS Plan is activated and seven ambulances sent to the scene. There is a report of a fire in the crash.
Victims are being transported to Illinois Masonic and Northwestern Memorial. Five firefighters injured. At least one adult civilian and one child injured.
