Arlington Heights Early Morning Female Joggers Report Innappropriate Touching Contact by Male with a Cast

TUE OCT 21 2008 — Arlington Heights Police Department received two reports within an hour at 5:50 a.m. and then at about 6:00 a.m. that a male inappropriately touched female joggers in the area of the Lutheran Home.

The offender was described as a male of unknown race,  25-30 years-old and 5’8″ with a thin build, short dark hair, and glasses. The man was wearing a gray t-shirt and had a white cast on his  right forearm.

A small red car was reported driving in the area just prior to the location of the second battery.

One female jogger was slapped on the back and had her sweatshirt pulled.  Ten minutes later two more joggers were grabbed around the waist.  The offender fled by running after both incidents. The first offense occurred on Thomas near Highland and the second offense occurred near Ridge and Oakton Avenue.
