Breast Cancer 3-Day benefiting Susan G. Komen for the cure — “everyone deserves a lifetime” routed through Arlington Heights and had a lunch camp at Olive School in Arlington Heights on Saturday, August 9, 2008. The event included three walks, 20-miles each. The route for Day 2 on Saturday traveled through Des Plaines, Mount Prospect, Arlington Heights and Prospect Heights.

Mount Prospect Police Department Crime Prevention Officer William Roscop
provides a safe crossing in style at Euclid Avenue and Sycamore Lane.


The final motivation crew before the turn into the Oakton Community College campus 3-Day camp from Central Road provided dancing, music, and ‘high-fives’ for the participants of the cure for breast cancer event.
