Man Stalks Woman, Pulls Down Her Pants Near Algonquin and Brownstone in Mount Prospect

Mount Prospect police are alerting area residents about an incident that occurred about 9 a.m. Monday.  A man driving a green four-door sedan spoke to a 26-year-old mother waiting at a school bus stop with her son on the 1400 block of Brownstone Court [MAP/SAT]. The man left in his car, but returned and walked up behind the woman and suddenly pulled down her pants. He ran back to his car and drove south on Brownstone Court and onto Algonquin Road.

The man was described as 30 years old, 6 feet 2 inches tall, 160 to 170 pounds, with short curly black hair.

The first car displayed a license plate with X53 as the first three characters. Mount Prospect and neighboring Arlington Heights residents are advised to be extra cautious. People are reminded to move to a public area and call 911 if they believe they are a target of suspicious activity.
