Elk Grove Fire Department is managing a HazMat incident for a natural gas leak at Enesco at
2200 Busse in Elk Grove Village. The incident was reported about 2:00 p.m. Friday. Over 100 employees have been evacuated from the Enesco building. Neighboring businesses are also being affected as neighboring occupants are advised to keep windows and doors closed.
Road blocks have also been setup in the area. Nicor is on the scene and stopped the leak just before 4:00 p.m. Friday. Enesco is a producer of giftware and home and garden decor products.
