Radar for Thursday’s Storm with High Winds that Brought Damage to Buildings, Trees and Powerlines Across Chicagoland

Radar from 2:44 p.m. until 6:18 p.m CDT that shows three groups of storms that hit Chicagoland Thursday afternoon.

The first cell brought down a warehouse in West Chicago at about 3:10 p.m. and brought down trees and powerlines about 3:24 p.m in Arlington Heights.

The second cells were less windy, but brought back some more flooding.


Tree snapped at base/uprooted during first storm cell on Hawthorne, east of Arlington Heights Road.
