Joyce Mong is the high school teacher secretly videotaped. Her office, shown in disarray, is also published on the video. Gregory Requa, a senior at Kentridge High School is now in court arguing that he had First Amendment rights to publish the video, which was filmed without permission in the classroom. His suspension began May 8, he lost his right to participate in a statewide school leadership competition, and he lost a chance to compete for scholarship money connected with the program. He claims he did not produce the video.
