Arlington Heights police received a report on Wednesday of arson/criminal damage to playground equipment at the playground of Dryden Elementary School, 722 S. Dryden Place Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders used an unknown heat source to burn and melt a hole through the playground slide. The cost to replace the slide is $1,800.
The damage was discovered on Wednesday, January 23, 2013.
