Employees at the Mariano’s Fresh Market are ready for the scheduled Vernon Hills grand opening at 6 a.m. Tuesday at 1720 N. Milwaukee Ave. The first Mariano’s in Illinois opened in July 2010 in Arlington Heights.
Two additional Mariano’s are scheduled to open in Chicago this year — one across from Millennium Park. Palatine is scheduled for a grand opening next year.
Mariano’s is a best of both world type of store, including features and customer service of traditional and specialty chains with the prices and size of a large grocer.
Certainly the folks at Vernon Hills High School, CDW, and LIFETIME FITNESS down Milwaukee Avenue will welcome the opening of Mariano’s Fresh Market.
