The lead female runner, 23-year-old Jean Marinangel (left), on the 10K course of the Arlington Heights Frontier Days Stampede Running Race. Jean Marinangeli went on to win the 10K overall for women with a time of 39:19.9 — 6:20 minutes per mile pace.
The Arlington Heights Frontier Days Stampede features 5K and 10K routes. Flat and fast routes through residential areas. Strollers, baby joggers allowed for 5K Fitness Walk. Both the 5K & 10K routes are USATF certified.
The Men’s winner overall was Kevin Koslowski, 32, of Park Ridge with a time of 34:51.1 — 5:37 minutes per mile pace. The women’s winner overall was Jean Marinangeli, 25, of Arlington Heights with a time of 39:19.9 — 6:20minutes per mile pace.
Arlington Heights Frontier Days race complete results and running times are available at frontierdays.org and racetime.info. Race results were also posted immediately after the race near the finish line.
