ENDURE, ESCAPE, ENJOY
If you want to vent about the weather, this will be the place. Chicago might be the best city in the world (debatable), but “The Windy City” might have the worst weather … bitter cold winters, icy and dangerous roads and sidewalks, springs that begin too late, and summers that are too short. Let’s see if this group can spurn some comedians to describe just how bad it is, or cheer us up with the positive side of Chicago weather (beautiful sunsets, seasons, sunny days when we have them … tell us what you like). If you’ve moved away and live in a warm climate, go ahead make our day, and tell us your weather story or send a picture. We expect the group will also share some good places to travel to warm those bones in winter or get away from extreme heat in July and August. Or some Chicago weather survival tips (including warm food or cold drink suggestions).
