Pacino, the police indicated that Pacino was arrested in the parking lot of his apartment residence, but the police department did not publicly release why he was being arrested at his residence. Cook County Court records indicate that Alex R. Pacino was arrested near his apartment after he allegedly fled a traffic stop at Palatine Road and Schoenbeck Road eight days prior in the middle of the night on Monday, February 2, 2026.

Pacino was arrested at an apartment parking lot near his apartment residence eight days after fleeing and eluding an Arlington Heights police officer during a traffic stop at Palatine Road and Schoenbeck Road at 2:50 a.m., Monday, February 2, 2026. According to court records, Alex R. Pacino fled the traffic stop in a 2015 Jeep Renegade, eastbound on Palatine Road. Pacino’s orange Jeep Renegade was last seen southbound Mount Prospect Road at Golf Road in Mount Prospect at 3:27 a.m.
Next, Arlington Heights police officers arrested Alex R. Pacino at 11:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 910 West Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights. He was cited and released, and nine days later he allegedly committed an armed home invasion when he discharged a firearm on Chestnut Avenue in Arlington Heights on Thursday, February 19, 2026.
Currently Alex R. Pacino (Alexander Pacino) is booked for Home Invasion, Discharge of a Firearm “NO BOND” February 21, 2026 and is detained pre-trial in Cook County Jail Division 6. According to the Cook County Sheriff’s Office, Division VI (Division 6) currently houses medium and minimum security classified individuals in custody located at 2834 West 31st Street in Chicago, within the Cook County Department of Corrections complex.
Alex Pacino was arrested Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 11:00 p.m. in an apartment parking lot at 910 West Euclid Avenue in Arlington Heights. The apartment lot is located north of the Arlington Heights Post Office and just west of Northwest Auto Wash near Euclid Avenue and Northwest Highway.
He was cited and released, but the Arlington Heights Police Department did not indicate the reason that Pacino was wanted for questioning or arrest.
The court date for Alex Pacino was scheduled for March 31, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. in Room 103 of the Cook County Circuit Court Rolling Meadows. Initially, it is unknown if his court date has been changed due to the additional home invasion charges.
