A woman reported to Arlington Heights police that a male Hispanic with short, dark hair insisted on helping her fix a flat tire near Burlington Coat Factory 30 West Rand Road in Arlington Heights at about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday. The woman also reported that her tire on her own car appeared to be slashed. The male Hispanic was driving a blue Ford Explorer. He also tried to hug and kiss the woman who reported the incident.
Also, a female Hispanic pulled up in a tan car and tried to encourage the woman to get in the Ford Explorer for assistance by the male Hispanic. The female Hispanic was described as wearing a blue uniform shirt with blue pants with a blue stripe.
