Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that two pedestrians were hit by a vehicle. Two ambulance response: one BLS transport; other transport unknown.

Emergency responders received a report that a pedestrian was stuck under a white van, and that bystanders were attempting to flip the van off of the pedestrian before firefighter/paramedics arrived.
