Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 6:45 a.m. Tuesday to a report of an outlet on fire at a house in the 800 block of North Kennicott Avenue. The homeowner extinguished the fire with a fire extinguisher before firefighters arrived. The fire was possibly related to a transformer block plugged in to the outlet. [...]
