Police are investigating a fourth death in Philadelphia’s gritty Kensington neighborhood to see if it’s part of a recent string of strangulation deaths and sexual assaults by choking since Halloween. Victims have been prostitutes and drug abusers. The attacks have taken place in abandoned homes and empty lots.
