Highland Park police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 2:30 p.m. Monday to the 700 block of Central Avenue after a car jumped onto a sidewalk and struck a 5-year-old girl, her 2-year-old brother, her 4-year-old brother and her 25-year-old mother.
