Schaumburg firefighter/paramedics and Illinois State Police responded about 12:30 PM Sunday to a three-vehicle crash on Route 53 near Interstate 90. Firefighter/paramedics received a report that a convertible jumped the divider — apparently from express lanes to local lanes but did not roll over. No word on the number of injured at the crash.

Rolling Meadows firefighter/paramedics and Illinois State Police responded about 2:24 a.m. Friday to a once-vehicle crash on northbound Route 53 between Euclid Avenue and Northwest Highway. Illinois State police responded first and then called for paramedics. The vehicle crashed into an expressway retainer wall. No word on any charges or citations.
