Chicago police and fire department paramedics responded to a home in the 6100 block of South Kildare about 8:30 p.m. Thursday. Alonso Villarreal, 32, and Roberto Rivera, 30, both from the Kildare address, Noel Casares, 25, of the 2000 block of North Kedvale Avenue, and Luis Santillian, 30, of the 3000 block of West 40th Place were found shot. The men were found on the garage floor with head trauma, and bound with duct tape with their hands behind their backs.

Just 15 minutes prior to the shooting call, a neighbor saw the men appearing to be partying in the garage. Chicago police canvassed the neighborhood — asking residents if they saw anything. The investigation continues.

South Barrington police alerted area police departments about 7:35 p.m. Friday of a hit-and-run personal injury accident at IL-72 and Bartlett Road about 7:20 p.m. Friday. The offending vehicle was described as a white Ford Explorer fleeing the scene and last seen approaching Shoe Factory Road while southbound on Bartlett Road. The offending driver was described as a male/Hispanic.

The offending Ford Explorer vehicle was reported to have extensive front-end damage.

Offender and offending vehicle in custody at about 8:00 p.m. Friday.

Chicago police and paramedics responded about 9:15 p.m. Monday to a report of multiple shooting victims in the 7900 block of South Western Avenue. Report of nine shooting victims … developing …

Three victims reported in serious-to-critical condition, and six reported in fair-to-serious condition. The victims were transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center, Holy Cross Hospital, Mount Sinai and John H. Stroger Hospital of Cook County.

The address is near the 79th and Western CTA terminal and a McDonald’s in the Wrightwood neighborhood, and just south of St. Rita High School’s school yard.

An extra alarm was called for ambulances — an EMS Plan I called for the incident.

Hoffman Estates police alerted area departments about 2:30 am. Tuesday that an aggravated carjacking occurred at Salem and Bode about 2:20 a.m. Tuesday. A male/black displayed a knife and took the victim’s vehicle — a gray 1999 Nissan Maxima. The defender was described only as a male/black wearing a mask. The vehicle was last seen headed toward Schaumburg Road. The offender may have had a female/black accomplice following in a large red pickup truck.

Streamwood police located the stolen vehicle by 2:45 a.m. Tuesday with the offender in custody.

Lockport fire officials, bomb squad, HAZMAT officials and police responded about 9:00 p.m. Friday to the detonation of a large fireworks device next to the lobby of the PNC, 955 E.9th Street, Lockport, Illinois. The blast destroyed the vehicle, which was parked front-end first right up to the lobby doors. The PNC Bank was formerly a National City Bank.

No injuries reported.

PNC Financial Services Group acquired National City in 2008.

Kildeer police alerted area police departments that a maroon 2007 Chevrolet Malibu (license X49 9720) was stolen from the Shell Station at Rand and Lake Cook Road about 3:40 a.m. Monday.
