Arlington Heights Police arrested a man sitting in his car at the Olive Garden restaurant parking lot near Palatine Road and Rand Road. Witnesses reported that the man was intoxicated and got into a car in the parking lot and was sitting in the car. Arlington Heights police arrived within minutes and arrested one male, charges not specified.
